Insurance and Payments
I accept major insurance plans. I also operate as an out-of-network provider. Cash, check, or major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Session fees range from $130 to $170 per 50-minute appointment. However, since I currently accept insurance, your sessions may be fully covered, or you may be responsible for a co-pay, depending on your specific insurance plan.
Coverage varies from person to person, so I recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your benefits.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required for canceling an appointment. Any appointment canceled in less than 24 hours will be charged the full session fee. Keep in mind that cancellation fees are not covered by insurance.
